Simulatte is not affiliated with or endorsed by any investor or firm referenced on the platform.

3. Use of Information

All investor persona simulations on Simulatte are generated using simulation models trained on publicly available data. The output of these simulations should not be construed as investment advice, financial guidance, or a representation of any individual's or firm's actual views.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload to the platform, including pitch decks and other materials. You must not upload confidential information belonging to third parties without appropriate authorization.

The Simulatte platform, including its simulation models, persona engines, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Simulatte Synthetic Minds. You retain ownership of any materials you upload.

Simulatte is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on simulation results, nor for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
